Awesome store I do recommend. I loved it since the first second I came in. Greeted me and helped me find the perfect dress I needed for my sister XV never left alone and helped me in every way they could. I recommend they go far from beyond to help you find anything you need. And I recommend paying cash because there is signs thru out the whole store sayin there is a 3% if you use a card. Once again thank you elegancia for making my experience great.

I took my granddaughter here 2 weeks ago to find her gown for her quince. She wanted to look for an emerald green gown to go with her "enchanted forest" theme. When we arrived there for her appointment, Diana greeted us however, my granddaughter for some strange reason wasn't engaging in the choosing of gowns, so Diana amazingly helped bring her out of the shell she wanted to recluse into by asking her direct questions....she recommended that she try an emerald green gown on to be sure she liked the color on her. After she tried a gown on in green she realized she wasn't crazy about the way it looked on her, so she took her to look at other colors and she tried on a lilac gown and liked it but still didn't love it so she tried on a baby blue gown and her eyes lit up her whole demeanor changed and we could see she felt like a princess in the gown. The great news is the gown fit her perfectly in every area only needing a slight adjustment in the corset due to the fact that she is extra-endowed in the bust. :) I highly recommend purchasing any of your formal wear needs at Elagancia Bridal and ask for Diana or the owner they both were absolutely amazing!! If I was going to say anything bad at all I would just say, due to Diana's amazing way to get my granddaughter to come out of her shell and realize she didn't want green after all and chose a whole new color, this is now causing me to have to come up with a whole different thing and causing me to work double time to change the theme from "enchanted forest" possibly to "winter wonderland" but I will do anything for my granddaughter to have the perfect Quinc Party and for her to be the most beautiful "Quinceanera" she can be.

Paying $1,400 plus for a dress at least they should make sure that the dress will come in excellent condition. This is very bad and I wish I can give them 0 stars. Firstly, they don't warn you about taking 3% when paying card, a little heads up wouldn't hurt? Secondly the employees are entirely rude as if they do not want to be there, thirdly my daughter had ordered a dress and it came in bad conditions, they're lucky my daughter liked the dress, otherwise I do not recommend purchasing from here. Horrible experience.

Honestly wish I could give them 0 stars, I came in a couple of weeks ago because I really loved a dress for my 18th, besides that, I'm never shopping here again. Customer service is ugly, they treat you like they're annoyed and want you to leave already, the dress I received came in bad conditions, the dress wasn't sowed properly and was coming off at the back side of the dress as shown in my photos. Lastly, they don't tell you that they take 3% when you pay with card, I mean cmon? At least give us a warning? Also, the dress is already expensive at 1400, least yall could do is give it in good conditions?? Horrible place, employees, overall Horrible experience. Don't recommend buying from here.
