Nothing Bundt Cakes Las Vegas

I come here to buy client closing cakes 🥳 Every time I’ve been here everyone has been extremely friendly and even though everyone is young. They do a great job with customer service. Seemed trained very well. On this occasion I stopped by to pick up my birthday 🥳 free bundlett from them. Ordering online is super easy.

I absolutely love nothing bundt cake and have been coming to this location for years. They’ve only messed up my order once and it seemed like it was this whole ordeal but it wasn’t. I got my order fixed and even a free future cake so I was more than pleased. But every time I have come in since that “incident” I am not looked at the same. I’m never greeted the same or given that “friendly” welcoming feeling. It’s something that I’ve ignored for a while but I also don’t think that’s right. I’ve let it go and so should the staff.

Recently I purchased a Bundt cake at this location for a Family member’s birthday Celebration. I Bought it with high expectations because I heard such great things about the Bundt cakes. They don’t have samples available so it was difficult to make a decision on the best flavor to order. I purchased a cupcake size in the lemon flavor and it was fluffy and delicious so I felt confident about purchasing a full cake. I bought the 10 inch cake in the strawberries & cream flavor for the celebration thinking it would be best since we needed to please a variety of taste buds. This was a huge mistake and I was quite embarrassed after we cut and tasted the cake. The texture was completely different (thick and gummy), there was too much frosting and the taste wasn’t very good at all. No one liked it so it was a complete waste of money. I’m sure there must be plenty of these Bundt cakes that come out great but mine definitely wasn’t one of them so I won’t be coming back. On a positive note, some of the staff was friendly and seemed excited to be there so kudos to them !

Such a good product but lack of service. When someone is buying your product and he said his autistic son’s birthday and he is standing beside me why not greet happy birthday. Maybe it was our appearance or were different color. Very sad when common customer service is fading away. So sad. I hope manager should pay attention on how their workers treat their customers. You lost one customer and the rest of my friends and family.
