We had a great experience picking and ordering a dress for our less than ordinary Quince celebration on a cruise ship. The staff was friendly and patient. Alterations were done quickly and looked great.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to the end. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was able to accommodate us for an earlier appointment on the same day. Arly was assigned to us and she was exceptional! Arly had lots of patience and asked questions to ensure she captured what my daughter envisioned for her quince dress. My daughter was able to say YES to the dress. I'm hopeful when we return to pick up my daughter's dress that Arly can work with us again!

Came here on the 8th of October 2022, let me tell you, the best experience ever. I walked in and saw all the beautiful quince dresses, tiaras, ramos, and last dolls and was amazed. They all had so much detail and beauty to each and every one. Jorge helped me and my family pick out the best one, by the way this was a very very last minute dress. My party and pictures is October 22nd of this year, and I was still able to find the perfect dress that I have always wanted. Jorge did his best to find dresses that fit my description and told me what they had. Thanks to Jorge and his dedication to the place, I was able to find the right dress just in time for my quince.

I give them two stars because they had a lot of options and the pricing was less than expected. However, service is terrible! They also come off as a bit prejudice. My daughter’s sweet 16 was in May and we ordered her dress in January. I am thankful and extremely happy that we received the dress in time but just not happy with how we were treated. I had an entire day for my daughter to try on any and every dress without a budget. The woman who took care of us was not sure of much. I needed more options and had questions but she just did not seem sure about anything. I also need to mention that they wanted my daughter to hurry out of her dress so someone else can try it on. I’m sorry but if I book an appointment I expect the allotted time and shouldn’t be rushed. Perhaps if I was from Central/South America they would have treated me better. I also want to mention that they did not post my daughter on their IG.
