Very nice job of renovating an older property. The rooms feel contemporary and are comfortable. More importantly, the bathrooms have all been nicely refinished. Housekeeping was fantastic during my stay with the room looking brand new when I returned every evening. Location is central to Disneyland and the convention center. The only thing that could use improvement is the climate control in the room. It was either too cold or too warm regardless of thermostat setting. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Excellent stay Near Disneyland! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room, gym and pool areas are clean, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Plus, the prime location near Disneyland added an extra layer of convenience to our trip. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Krystal during our stay, and her warm welcome made a great impression. She went beyond by seamlessly combining two bookings into one, making our stay much more convenient (instead of having the needs to move rooms). Krystal's exceptional service truly enhanced our experience at the hotel. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel located super close to Disneyland (within walking distance.) My only complaint is that there are protestors in the morning striking for fair wages. Pay your employees reasonable wages, Sheraton! The people striking have voices that your customers are hearing! It makes YOU look bad that you don’t pay your employees livable wages, Sheraton. The customer service has been excellent here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here a week ago. This was actually our second stay here, as stayed here 8 years ago. Since then, the hotel has gone through a fairly extensive renovation. The pros of this hotel include: -large rooms with couches -comfortable bed (this is very important) -large, modern bathrooms with nice toiletries -lovely on-sight restaurant -convenient on-sight mart where the workers make great coffee -safe on-sight parking -nice staff -maintained grounds -on-sight gym, laundry, and pool -quiet hallways (at least on our floor) -20 minute walk to Disneyland (this is also a con) The cons: -20 minute walk to Disneyland (this walk is l-o-n-g after a busy day in the parks) -heater in rooms don’t work, which is a MAJOR con (we experienced this same issue in 2015) -it’s a walk from the lobby to the elevators -lack of communication about loud protests ON PROPERTY (they are hotel employees so the hotel knew about it)

The hotel was okay, the service was okay, the best part of this hotel and the service was in the coffee/gift shop that they have. I would give them 5 stars. Everywhere else was okay. The restaurant at the hotel was doing pizza night all week (set menu) we did it one night it was really good, the second night we went in with our two young children and I asked if we could order off the menu and was told no but we could walk the 2 minutes to the lounge and order off the menu that is prepared by the same kitchen. Anyways we went to the lounge, I asked if we could get a high chair and they said no that is really only for the restaurant. The other waiter working there I think felt bad when I was trying to hold by active 10 month old and eat and he went and grabbed one for me from the restaurant. Why it was such an issue the first time I am not sure, especially being a Disneyland hotel, I am sure we are not the first ones staying there with a young child. They also have no room service. We asked the front desk the best way to get to Universal Studio and her response was "we don't offer shuttles or have any information about that" The room was okay, a bit small if you get a room with the two queen beds and have two kids. There new bed frames are not great if you have a baby who is just learning how to walk or crawl because they will hit their heads. When I called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms to one a bit larger I was told she was sold out. Its not their fault that my little one was hitting her head so I just asked for extra pillows which I received, when I checked online that night and there was a room available with one queen bed and a fold out couch so that there was space in front of the couch that I could book online. The customer service in the Hotel was the same everywhere, they answered your questions, no one was rude, but no one was actually helpful or provided any sort of good service. I would not stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it either. Other than the gift shop/coffee shop the service was not that great. Location was okay but there are closer hotels.
