SO AWESOME! we had the best time ever. Ryan was our driver and took us on a prepaid wine tastings tour of four wineries and kept us on track and dealt with our crazy fun group. We were having so much fun we even extended our time with the limo - such fair pricing and the value is unmatched! Will use again some day. Thanks Ryan and Silverfox!

We love silver fox ! We use them often for travel. They are prompt, on time, friendly, and communicate well. Their cars and limos are clean and well kept . Nothing more you can ask for .

I am a repeat customer, booked 4 different limo services in 1 week in March 2023 (spending thousands of dollars). Booking the appt was fine, its what happened after that prompts this review to warn others. I was told by the driver I wouldn't be charged for extra time if we went a little over time as long as we left right away, which we did. We arrived about 15 minutes late and I tipped the driver extra money when we got back to our destination as he was great! The next day I was charged for a full hour + tip. I contacted Ryan (the owner) via email and he was combative and told me the driver was stealing from him (none of my business as a consumer). I was simply asking for my money back due to what his driver promised me in a text message, "I wouldn't be charged if we left right away" and we did. After several back and forth emails, Ryan refused to refund me for the hour he charged my credit card without my permission. This company has its priorities all wrong. Good customer service will lead to repeat business and good word of mouth. Instead, I will NEVER use this company again and I will share this experience with as many people as I can. There are plenty of other local limo services in which I haven't been treated this way and I would recommend looking for those other companies before doing business with SilverFox. Two thumbs down...
