Everyone here went above and beyond to make sure my dress was perfect! Suzanne is also incredibly talented. I had to get A LOT of work done because of my figure and the dress, and they made sure every detail was perfect and made sure that the dress kept its look. I did not think they could make it look so untouched- but they did. They changed the way the sleeves sat, built-in a corset to hold me up, added bustles on the dress and the skirt, replaced the original pins on the removable skirt so they were easier for my MOH to find/ pin, they even had me practice how to tape up and how to walk in the dress at the store MULTIPLE visits. One of their team members went so far as to have me practice good posture in the dress. They also packed my dress in a carry on so I could take it to my wedding destination without worry. I will admit, I was a bit taken back by the cost the first day. But it was worth every penny- this team is AMAZING!

I used Suzanne's Sewing Service for alterations on my wedding dress and they did a spectacular job! My dress fit perfectly and they were able to accommodate my many requests. I had very particular areas of my dress altered and taken in; they were able to do everything I asked for even with the sheer panels on my dress. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is beautiful and well prepped for try-ons. I do feel they were well worth the price as my dress fit perfectly and they were able to make alterations up until two weeks before my wedding due to additional weight loss. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs alterations on fine clothing.

10/10 recommend Suzanne and her team! I took my wedding dress here to have it altered and the alterations Suzanne did made my dress feel like it was literally made or my body. My comfort and ability to move in my dress was always taken into consideration with any adjustment that was made, and on my wedding day, I felt SO incredible in my dress and didn't feel the need to adjust or fidget with anything.
