I dont think the owner sees these reviews. There is no way anyone can read them and not change. She is very rude! Never called us to let us know the dress was ready. When I asked about other services, she seemed like she was sick of me being there. I was about to purchase over 1000 dollars worth of there, but because of her attitude, I walked out. The dress was a lot prettier in the magazine then what I received.

Martha is rude and has attidude, she even rolls her eyes at customers. I ordered a purple quinceaƱera bouquet and when I went to pick it up she handed me a completely different bouquet so i I told her thats that's not the one I ordered and all she does is roll her eyes and says is, well I think it looks nice. š š¬horrible experience, if you value you're time and money, i advise you not to come here.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! Stay away if you value your time and money. Prices are high for the quality that they put out and Martha's attitude sucks. She claims to not know english but that is her excuse to be rude and ignore customers. Her english may not be great, but she understands and can/will respond if you ask her to, or in my case, pretty much demand her to because she was ignoring me. Horrible alteration jobs, didn't adhere to timeline on when dresses would be ready, and you don't even get to see a dress in person until after you pay half and it comes in after they order it. Most places have a dress to try on BEFORE giving them NON REFUNDABLE money. You can definitely get a better experience and better prices elsewhere.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! They don't deliver your dresses when they tell you they will (even if you go 3 months before your event and they promise your dresses will arrive in one week), if they do arrive you have to be on their backs calling them because they don't even call you to let you know when they arrive, they order wrong dress sizes to make even worse alterations (ended up going somewhere else to fix dresses). Not only is the service bad but add to it that the owner is rude. If you want to avoid a total nightmare, and you value your time and money, this is a place to stay away from!!

Martas ripped us off for over $100. She closed early and we could not pick up or items for rent and the pillow we bought. She still kept all the money and wouldn't refund the pillow! No honor.
