If you're looking for a 5 star limo service , you need to speak to Ryan. This was the best service that I believe we could've received in the area. It's not every day that you need limo service but when you do, please call 5 star limo , speak to Ryan & get your ride on. AMAZING!!

i used 5 Star Limousine for my wedding. We got the party bus, it.was amazing. We had an awesome time. The bus was very clean and the service was amazing. Ryan was very professional And very patient.. I Would recommend this company to anyone.This company rocks. Will use them again.

I'm not one to leave reviews very often but I felt the need to after working with Ryan and 5 Star Limousine. Absolutely great service all around and great communication leading up to my wedding day 10/23/2021. I booked a massive party bus for our wedding party. My only concerns leading up to wedding day was how packed the schedule was and how important it was to be at each location on time. From the hotel pickup, to the church ceremony, and afterwards straight to the reception venue for early drop off for pictures with the wedding party. Ryan was able to get us everywhere on time and even earlier than expected. Not to mention, the bus was absolutely stunning and just so much fun to be in. It truly felt like a party all day until final drop off. I'd leave a longer review but you get it.. AMAZING SERVICE ALL AROUND! THANK YOU!

I don't even know where to start. My friend's 45th birthday was last week and about 15 of us were going to dinner, so he made a reservation for a limo a few weeks back for us all. In his reservation he specifically stated he didn't want a Hummer limo, and guess what showed up? You guessed it, a Hummer limo. This pile of junk was a hooptie on all accounts. It literally looked like as if it sat outside in a junkyard for a few years. It was dirty everywhere you looked, the exterior molding was cracked everywhere, the tires were dirty, and the icing in the cake was that the AC didn't work and it smelled musty. I was 90 degrees outside and hotter inside the limo! They charged $1200 for this, and by the way, they charge up front the whole amount, which is already pretty shady. So my friend calls to complain, because there's no way we're going anywhere in that atrocity, and eventually they say they'll get a Sprinter van out to us in 30 mins. Almost an hour later the Sprinter van arrives. A party bus pulling up to a 5 star steakhouse wasn't they way he envisioned the night, but they ensured we'd all fit, the AC would work, and he advised my friend to call the next day and they'd work something out. When my friend called today to speak with the owner, he did not offer any refund at all. What did he mean yesterday when he said he'd work something out then? This place is a joke! Avoid them.
